  1. It’s so refreshing to see a natural diet and exercise page instead of this supplement or that. It takes some hard work and discipline but this is definitely the right way to achieve your goals!

      Anything that improves our lives or the way we do things is not easy. But in the end the hard work pays off. There is no quick fix to lose weight. As you mentioned, pills and what else have you is not going to cut it. Not for the long run anyway!

  2. I find this to be very valuable information, especially for someone who is new to the healthy living scene and wants to educate themselves.

    My wife and I only really changed our eating and lifestyle habits over the course of the last few years. It can be tough work at first to transition, partly because it is hard to find honest foods in the marketplace, but very worth making the changes.

    Did you know that coconut oil is also amazing for brain function and health? It even helps increase memory fucntion in the brain.

      Congratulations on your life changing journey! Making the transition is the hard part but it is well worth in the long run. I agree with you that it is hard to find honest food. But I think as the demand for better, quality food increases, grocery stores will have to find ways to meet the needs.
